Rachel is a NESTA and ACE certified personal trainer with over 20 years of experience working in the fitness industry. As a former Division II collegiate tennis player, sports and conditioning have always been a focal point in her life. She began teaching tennis lessons to youth while in high school and transitioned to a position as a teaching pro in Arizona at Flagstaff Athletic Club.
Rachel began personal training at a private personal training studio in Tucson Arizona before moving to Sheridan, Wyoming where she currently works with client privately, at various locations. Additionally, Rachel is a nationally qualified NPC Bodybuilding Athlete who has competed in numerous OCB and NPC fitness competitions since 2011, taking first place in multiple shows and placing top 10 at nationals. Since then, Rachel has been appointed the position of Vice Chairman of the NPC for Wyoming.
In addition to her fitness certifications, Rachel is a Certified Holistic Nutrition Specialist through the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. She has her BA in Psychology from Montana State University-Billings, and her MA in Organizational, Learning, and Performance.
Rachel has a passion for helping her clients reach their goals. She believes that providing holistic, and customized plans to each client is the key to their success. By offering diet, exercise, and emotional support, clients are given the tools to improve their health, change their physique, and enhance their quality of life.

With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, including a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotion, I am no stranger to hard work and dedication. I began my competition journey in 2015 and have competed locally and nationally. I take coaching very seriously and am passionate about sharing my wealth of knowledge about this sport with others.
