Dani is a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer with 9 years’ experience in the fitness industry. She began her journey shortly after her oldest daughter was born when she found herself 30 pounds overweight and at risk for hypertension. What began as way to lose some weight and become healthier, catapulted Dani on a path that would lead her to compete in Crossfit and bodybuilding and become the healthiest she has ever been.
Before her path to fitness, Dani attended Sheridan College and received her degree in Culinary Arts.
